Conditions of Use:

Shipping:

  • We do NOT ship outside of the USA.
  • We aim to ship your order within 3 business days of payment clearing unless you inform us to delay shipping due to weather, etc.
  • Please watch your emailbox for tracking information.
  • Do not allow the plants to bake or freeze in the mailbox. At all.
  • Plants are shipped bare root per your State's soil laws.
  • We usually only ship live items on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. Never on a Sunday. Closed Holidays.
  • Shipping losses and damage must be reported within two hours of delivery; with multiple pictures.
  • We are not responsible for the weather.
  • We are not responsible for the actions of the shipping company.
  • We are not responsible for the items once they leave our facility.

Cancellations

  • We gladly accept cancellations; prior to packing or shipping.
  • Request a cancellation: before item has shipped.

Delays:

  • We gladly accept delay requests at the time of ordering and prior to picking and packing your order.
  • Please inform us right away that you wont be home or your Post Office is slow to deliver, etc.
  • In remote locations, Express Delivery Service is the best option to receive plants in good health. Plants are perishable.
  • We are not responsible for the items once they leave our facility.

Return policies for the Pinguicula Shop

  • Please research these plants prior to purchasing.
  • All Carnivorous plants experience stress from shipping; from days of darkness. The plants may recover in 3-4 weeks under proper conditions.
  • We are not responsible for husbandy mishaps.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges of live items.
  • Please contact us when you have issues with your order.
  • We are not responsible for the weather.

  • All sales are final.
  • Items bought on sale are exempt from portion size and description issues.
  • Sizes of plants vary from season to season and may not match the item description; especially when changing to and from Winter form.
  • We ship healthy plants. They will grow under proper conditions.

  • We do not record or ever receive your credit card information.

  • We do not sell, or use your purchase information other than for communication purposes with you.
